This is the introduction for the lifestyle companion which is a Mind Body Spirit multimedia cd-rom, it is presently under development and as yet unreleased. It took over 2 years development and takes around 8 hours to view all of its contents. This trailer itself features screen shots from the produce itself along with music I wrote. The CD Rom itself contains 1000,s of designed images, music tracks specially written and every word is narrated. Watch this space.
